Ok, the presentation was not great. The chicken fell apart a bit because it was so tender and I don’t know how to carve a chicken. But the taste, it was very yummy.
The cranberry sauce of Nigella/Feast tasted great. However the consistency was not what I expected. It was too watery, while the cookbook promised that after it cooled down, it would solidify a bit. May be today it would be different. So next time, make cranberry sauce one day earlier or in the morning. Or… buy IKEA’s cranberry sauce. The bread sauce from Uit De Oven tasted great too. But again the consistency was a bit weird.
All in all it was great. Now to the next meal… New Year’s day…
